3TPH Lentil and Peas Cleaning and Peeling Line Delivered to Russia

On May 13, 2019, the 3T/Hour lentil and peas cleaning and peeling production line, designed and constructed by China WinTone machinery, was successfully delivered to a Russian client. The engineering team completed the equipment installation, commissioning, and training within one month.

This lentil and peas cleaning and peeling production line includes processes such as cleaning, stone removal, precision sorting, peeling, powder brushing, grade screening, and a dust removal system. Each piece of equipment is specially selected based on extensive production line experience, featuring low energy consumption and high efficiency. It is specifically designed to achieve clean, finely graded finished beans while meeting environmental requirements for legume cleaning and peeling processing.
