As a nutritious nut, the shelling and peeling process of pine nuts directly affects the quality and economic benefits of the final product. The pine nut shelling machine is the core equipment in the pine nut processing line, and the optimization of its working principle and process flow is of great significance for improving pine nut processing efficiency.  

Working Principle  
Pine nuts are fed into the feeding system through the inlet, with the flow rate controlled by variable frequency speed regulation to ensure the stability of subsequent processes. The shelling device is the core component of the equipment. The HTQM shelling machine adopts the centrifugal impact shelling principle, allowing precise adjustment of shelling intensity via a sand disc. Under centrifugal force, the pine nuts collide to complete shelling. The control system integrates PLC programming and intelligent control, enabling shelling processing for different varieties of pine nuts with one-touch operation.  

Features  
1. High Shelling Rate
The one-time shelling rate reaches 60%, while the two-time shelling rate can achieve 90%.  
2. Low Breakage Rate
The breakage rate during shelling is controlled within 8%.  
3. High Capacity, Low Energy Consumption
The machine has two models—30 and 35Q. The 30 model has a capacity of 200 kg/h with an energy consumption of 2 kW, while the 35Q model can achieve a capacity of 1–2 tons/h with an energy consumption of 7.5 kW.  
4. Compact Design, Space-Saving
The HTQM series pine nut shelling machine adopts a built-in motor technology, reducing footprint and saving processing space.
