Vietnam 6Tons/Hour PeaS Cleaning and Peeling Line Successfully Shipped

On April 10, 2025, the 6-ton/hour peas cleaning and peeling production line ordered by a Vietnamese client was successfully loaded and shipped. With a total installed capacity of 180 kw and an electricity consumption of less than 24 kw/24h per ton of material, this production line not only reduces production costs but also strictly controls workshop noise and dust concentration within national standards. The entire line operates stably, delivering high output, low loss, and superior finished product quality.

This production line is divided into three core sections:  
1. Cleaning Section - Main Equipment:  
   (1) Vibrating Screen: Removes large, small, and light impurities from peas.  
   (2) Stone Separator: Eliminates stones and soil clumps.  
   (3) Gravity Separator: Selects shriveled and immature peas.  
2. Peeling Section - Main Equipment:  
   (1) Two High-Performance Pea Peeling Machines: Used for peeling peas.  
   (2) Two Cyclone Peel Extractors: Extract pea skins from the split peas.  
3. Ventilation & Dust Removal Section: Provides a clean environment for the entire production process.
